Privacy
We treat every family’s information with the utmost confidentiality and respect. Information you share with us — including pre-planning details and condolence messages — is used only to provide and improve our care, and is never sold.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are illustrative starting figures for this template and vary with the specific goods and services a family selects. They do not include cash-advance items (such as cemetery property, clergy honoraria, flowers, or obituary notices) or merchandise such as a casket or urn. You always receive a written, itemized statement before payment. Our complete General Price List is available in person and by telephone.
FTC Funeral Rule disclosures
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Funeral Rule, we provide an itemized General Price List to anyone who inquires in person, and we provide prices over the telephone. You have the right to choose only the goods and services you want (with limited exceptions required by law). Embalming is not required by law. An alternative container is available for direct cremation. You are never required to purchase a package to obtain individual items.
Embalming
Embalming is not required by law. Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required when refrigeration is available or when the disposition is direct cremation or immediate burial.
Alternative containers for cremation
If you select a direct cremation, you do not have to buy a casket; an alternative container may be used. We make an unfinished wood box or alternative container available for direct cremations.
Your right to itemized selection
You have the right to choose only the funeral goods and services you want (with some exceptions). The provider must give you prices in writing and may add the cost of any items required by law. If state or local law requires you to buy any particular item, the provider must disclose it on the price list, with a reference to the specific law.
No package required
You are not required to purchase a package. We will gladly prepare a written, itemized statement of the goods and services you select before you pay.
The General Price List
A General Price List (GPL) — an itemized list of our prices — is given to anyone who asks about funeral arrangements or prices in person, and prices are available by telephone.
Licensing & memberships
Wexford & Greene is a licensed funeral establishment (license and director numbers shown are illustrative for this template). Our funeral directors are licensed by the Georgia State Board of Funeral Service. We are members of the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) and the Georgia Funeral Directors Association.
