Simple, or with a service. The choice is yours.
Cremation can be as quiet or as ceremonial as your family wishes. We help you choose, and we keep your loved one in our own care from start to finish.
Direct Cremation
The simplest, most affordable option
- Transfer into our care
- All required paperwork & permits
- Dignified cremation
- A simple container
- Return of cremated remains
No ceremony or viewing. A family may hold their own gathering later, whenever and wherever they wish.
Cremation with Memorial
A gathering to remember, held after
- Everything in Direct Cremation
- A memorial service in our chapel or your venue
- Guest register & memorial folders
- A photo tribute
- Help with readings & music
A meaningful middle path — the simplicity of cremation with the comfort of gathering.
Cremation with Visitation
A traditional service, then cremation
- Visitation / viewing beforehand
- A funeral ceremony
- Care & preparation for viewing
- Use of facilities & staff
- Cremation following the service
For families who wish to view and say goodbye in the traditional way, with cremation to follow.
An honest note on cremation
Embalming is not required by law and is not generally necessary for cremation. An alternative container is always available for a direct cremation. Itemized prices for every option are on our General Price List and available by phone.
If you select a direct cremation, you do not have to buy a casket; an alternative container may be used. We make an unfinished wood box or alternative container available for direct cremations.
Your loved one never leaves our care.
On-site crematory
Cremation is performed in our own facility — your loved one is never transferred to a third party. Many families find deep comfort in this.
Identification & care
We follow rigorous identification and tracking procedures at every step, with the dignity your loved one deserves.
A gathering, if you wish
A memorial or celebration of life can be held before or after, here or somewhere meaningful — whenever your family is ready.
